T-Mobile's Hometown Grant

The city was recently honored to be selected as a T-Mobile Hometown Grant winner! These funds will help Athwal Park's current construction project.

T-Mobile is committing up to $25 million through 2026 to support small towns across America by funding community projects. The types of projects they are looking to fund are projects that will build, rebuild, or refresh community spaces that will help build community togetherness. Athwal Park, fit the description for the grant award. The park will provide a safe and welcoming space for outdoor activity, fostering community engagement and promoting health and wellness. Improved access to digital resources will open up new opportunities for learning and connection.

Kingsburg is receiving a $50,000 grant that will go towards Athwal Park's ongoing improvements, which include restrooms, solar lighting, and Wi-Fi access throughout the park. The transformation of Athwal Park will have far-reaching benefits for our community.
