Town of Perry - Water District No. 2 Project

Negative Declaration

Wyoming County - The Town of Perry Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 2 Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Water District No. 2 water main installation which consists of providing the equipment, materials and labor to install approximately 63,800 ± linear foot of water main, fire hydrants, and appurtenances. The project is located along portions of Perry Road, Route 20A, Simmons Road, Ireland Road, NYS Route 39, County Line Road, and Burke Hill Road in the Town of Perry, New York.
