Topping-out ceremony of the Woolooware Bay Town Centre Stage 4 held

The topping-out ceremony of the Woolooware Bay Town Centre Stage 4, a mixed-use project built by CSCEC and the Australian construction company Parkview, was recently held.

Various guests, including the owner and representatives of the joint venture contractors, attended the event, witnessing the successful completion of this significant construction stage.

Located in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, the Woolooware Bay Town Centre Stage 4 project consists of five individual buildings atop of a seven-story podium, and a rugby club. It has a total floor area of 130,000 square meters, with the tallest building reaching 55 meters. The project includes 255 furnished apartments, a 71-room apartment hotel, a comprehensive commercial area with a large supermarket, parking facilities, outdoor landscaping, a community activity center, and other supporting facilities.

The project started construction in April 2021, and it is currently progressing smoothly with interior decoration, electrical and fire protection systems, and outdoor landscaping. It is due for completion by early 2024.
