Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. Announces Partnership Agreement for Solar Plant in Panama

Miami, Florida, MONTH ##, 2022 - Global PoleTrusion Group Corp. (OTC PINK: GPGC) has signed a partnership agreement with SNJ Group LLC for the development of a 10 to 40 MW solar plant in Panama.

SNJ Group specializes in supplying photovoltaic solar power generation systems and providing sustainable energy solutions for solar, wind and hydro plants, as well as waste-to-energy conversion methods such as biomass, gasification, and tire & plastic pyrolysis plants.

SNJ Group will have a 50% partnership in GPGCs subsidiary, Los Santos Energy Corp. The energy generated from the solar plant will be sold on the spot market and through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). SNJ Group is providing the financing and energy generation systems required to develop this project. The GPGC team will prepare the engineering plans, provide the land and obtain the permits required to start construction.
