Winning a WEC Award is a great opportunity to showcase to industry peers, clients, partners and stakeholders the concrete contribution that the HR services sector brings to society. The 2024 edition proves the point as we saw a few past winners returning for more! Should RCSA and ISF start investing in a trophy cabinet? The federations representing Australia/New Zealand and India, respectively, are both in the mix to win a second WEC Award.

The competition is fierce though. ASA(United States), APSO(South Africa) and Kompetensföretagen(Sweden) also made the cut to the finalists stage.

Those organisations represent the best contributions to the advancement of the HR services industry and the enabling of better labour market outcomes for all. With initiatives related to the skilling of agency workers, mentorship for migrant workers, education of staffing professionals, procurement regulation and women in leadership, those WEC members went above and beyond their day-to-day activities.

The winners will be revealed on 24th April, in the framework of the World Employment Conference 2024 taking place in Lisbon, Portugal. In the meantime, congratulations to all our finalists!

Four categories are open to competition for the WEC Awards 2024:
