The Algonquin Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District is serving notice of a competitive sealed bidding process for a bathroom remodel at fire station #3 located at 1691 Cumberland Parkway Algonquin, Illinois. Bid specification's will be available for pick up Monday through Friday starting on Monday, May 6^th 2024 during normal business hours 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 1020 W. Algonquin Rd. Lake in the Hills, IL. A mandatory contractor walk through will be available on Friday, May 17^th 2024 at 9:00 a.m. For further information you can contact Battalion Chief Eric Busby at 847-658-8233.

The sealed proposals will be accepted at fire station #1 located at 1020 W. Algonquin Rd. Lake in the Hills, IL. until June 10^th 2024 9:00 a.m. On June 10^th 2024 at 9:00 a.m. proposals will be publicly opened at fire station #1 at 1020 W. Algonquin Rd. The Contract from the selected bid, if any, is expected to be awarded at the June 26^th 2024 meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Algonquin Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received, to waive any formalities or technicalities of the proposal or to reject any non-responsive proposal in the interest of the Algonquin-Lake in the Hills Fire Protection District.
