The Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Community and Regional Affairs, Rural Utility Business Advisor program, is soliciting proposals to annually provide three online classes and one classroom-based training in regional settings QuickBooks Pro accounting software tailored for rural sanitation utility, city, and agency staff. The Department estimates a budget of between $24,000 and $36,000 for the completion of this project.
