Sarir Oil Operations ... Prequalification of Bidders for (3D land survey Nakhla West 2023)

Sarir Oil Operations invites your company to provide/deliver experience in 3D seismic acquisition, supervision, and quality checking during 3D land seismic services.
Sarir Oil Operations, also known as the "Company," will complete a new 3D seismic acquisition survey soon. The project area is located onshore Libya in the Sirte Basin (desert environment). The 3D seismic survey in Area 107 will begin in the third quarter of 2023 and will last until the end of the year.
The general requirements for 3D seismic acquisition surveys are as follows:
•Seismic Crew availability in Libya
•Seismic Crew qualification should include the following:
oSEISMIC SOURCE, RECEIVER AND RECORDING EQUIPMENT
oSURVEY EQUIPMENT
oDATA QC AND IN-FIELD PROCESSING
oUPHOLE SURVEY EQUIPMENT
oVEHICLE EQUIPMENT
oBASE CAMP AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT
oRADIO & COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT
Daily reporting will be done to inform Sarir Oil Operations about:
The project's progress
HSE quality/standard
Overview of data quality. The seismic survey will be supervised by Sarir Oil Operations Representative who will supervise the field operations with its own Quality Checking representatives.
Personnel and crews from the service company should have extensive experience with the most recent receivers, source equipment (Sercel, I/O, contractor-specific equipment), and logistical aspects of a 3D land seismic in desert areas; they should also be fully aware of HSE and safety standards in the oil industry to ensure the HSE level and HSE management system are always of the highest quality.
Information about the project area and acquisition:
The figure below shows the area where the acquisition will take place. The zone of acquisition is close to the Gialo oasis. The single-fold coverage is about 235 km2 for Sarir Oil Operations. The receivers and source lines will be respectively oriented north-east and south-west to fit with the original acquisition plans.

The seismic acquisition will be a standard, one-component 3D seismic using a conventional vibro-seis truck. Details on the seismic acquisition parameters will be provided upon project tendering.
Accordingly, we invite suppliers who are specialized and experienced in this field to participate in this pre-qualification and to fill out the Letter of Intent- LOI form (Attachment No. 1), and submit them along with the financial and legal files as described in (Attachment No. 2).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
•SOO reserves its right to reject any or all companies at its sole discretion. Such act by SOO shall be final and shall not be contested or challenged by any participants.
•The company will deal only with the persons officially authorized by the companies applying for pre-qualification.
•The company has the right to extend the pre-qualification period for another period of time if necessary, provided that the additional period is automatically announced on the company and National Oil Corporation websites.
•All costs of whatsoever nature incurred in the preparation and submission of the documents, including visits, if any, incurred in connection with this invitation, shall be borne by companies intended to participate in the prequalification process and tendering process (if qualified) and will not be claimed under any circumstances.

•The last date to receive the documents is 30/03/2023 at 02:00 pm, local time. Accordingly, all interested contractors should submit the required information not later than the above-mentioned date. Any document submitted after this date will be disregarded.
