Elai Katz To Moderate Antitrust Developments Panel at NYSBA Annual Meeting

Elai Katz, leader of Cahill's antitrust practice groups, will moderate the "Annual Review of Hot Topics and Developments" panel at the Annual Meeting of the New York State Bar Association's Antitrust Section on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. The panel, featuring Renata Hesse, antitrust partner at Sullivan & Cromwell and former acting Assistant Attorney General for antitrust and Noah Joshua Phillips, partner at Cravath Swaine & Moore and former FTC Commissioner, will look back at the key antitrust litigations and investigations of 2022, and will also look forward to anticipated developments in the new year.
