Honigman was named a winner of the "Take Private Transaction" award by Marine Money Magazine for its advisory role in guiding Poseidon Acquisition Corp. ("Poseidon"), an entity formed by Atlas Chairman David L. Sokol, in acquiring all outstanding common shares of Atlas Corp. (NYSE: ATCO) not already owned by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited ("Fairfax"), the Washington Family, and Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. The all-cash transaction had an enterprise value of around $10.9 billion.
