Congratulations to our graduates in Dubai!

Around 650 students in Dubai are new graduates of Liverpool John Moores University with many joining us this week to celebrate their achievements.

LJMU and Westford University College hosted the graduands at the annual celebration

Westford University College stands as a key international partner offering bachelor programs including Computer Science, International Business, Digital Marketing, Media Culture and Communication, Accounting and Finance, Sports Business, Fashion Design and Communication.

The ceremony saw around 180 graduands cross the stage, the majority headed for careers in business and computing.

This year has also seen more than 300 graduate from Westford with the LJMU Postgraduate Certificate in Education International and 130 in Education Masters programmes.

The day culminated with the prestigious Westford Awards 2024 honouring businesses and leaders for their contributions to society and the corporate world.

Dr Julia Wang, Director of International Relations at LJMU attended the ceremony along with Dr Robyn Pyne, Associate Dean Global Engagement Faculty of Engineering and Technology.

Dr Wang said: "We cherish our growing LJMU community overseas and are proud of each and every one of them, graduating today. As LJMU alumni, we wish them every success in their future career and welcome them to our growing, global LJMU family."
