Credit Agricole has received the HR-brand 2023 award by grc.ua

The panel of judges have noted our "Recruiting our own" project, which has already become part of the bank's recruiting strategy. The key task of the project was to provide the company with the necessary manpower during the war, so that Ukrainian business continued functioning, and, in turn, supported Ukrainian families and entire communities. To achieve this goal, we nourished and cultivated the internal labor market, using traditional external recruitment tools and a great deal of our own creativity.

In total, more than 60 successful HR projects were nominated by 56 Ukrainian companies from various industries, such as IT, finance, agribusiness, retail, etc. And we are extremely pleased to be recognised as one of the best.
