FTI Consulting Strengthens Transactions Practice with Two Senior Hires

Washington, D.C., May 22, 2024 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Cassie Vosburgh and Tong Shen as Managing Directors in the Transactions practice within the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Ms. Vosburgh is based in Denver and has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy execution and management, with a focus on business transformation, performance improvement, cost optimization and financial planning. In her role at FTI Consulting, she will support clients with merger integration and carve-out advisory across a variety of industries.

Ms. Vosburgh returns to FTI Consulting from a financial technology company, where she served as the chief financial officer. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment at FTI Consulting, where her responsibilities included due diligence and valuation, business strategy and merger and integration services.

Mr. Shen, based in Chicago, joins FTI Consulting with nearly two decades of experience specializing in pre-deal diligence, sign-to-close planning and post-merger integration and separation. At FTI Consulting, he will help clients understand and address the human capital challenges and opportunities that present during the transactions cycle, including benefits compensation, payroll, talent acquisition and other human resources functions.

Mr. Shen has extensive human resources expertise in buy-side, sell-side, corporate and private equity deals across industries, including financial services, healthcare, energy and retail. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, he was a director at a Big Four firm, where he supported clients from a human capital perspective.
