Statement by RA NA President on nominating candidates for vacancy of judge of Court of Cassation

In accordance with Article 166.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143.2 of the constitutional law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) nominated the candidacies of Artur Atabekyan, Arman Ohanyan and Gurgen Malkhasyan for vacancy of the judge of the Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation.
