2nd edition of SUPSI Sustainability Week

Thanks to the joining forces of a group of SUPSI students, SUPSI Sustainability Week took place again this year, a series of events with the aim of promoting the 2030 Agenda and the principles of sustainable development in the SUPSI community.

In the 2024 edition, 11 events were organised: from inspiring lectures to hands-on workshops and a theatre performance on 'The Economy in the Time of Disposability' focusing on the use of plastics and the need to move towards a circular economy. Participants had the opportunity to learn more about global sustainability challenges and discover innovative solutions to address them.

We would like to thank the more than 160 participants who made the events a success and who animated the discussions with the speakers. A big thank you also to the latter for sharing their experience and offering important moments of open reflection.

Sustainability Week has come to an end, but the commitment to sustainability continues. Let us continue to work together to create a fairer and more sustainable environment for future generations, inside and outside the university.
