CITY OF FORT WAYNE AND ACLU RESOLVE INJUNCTION ISSUES RELATED TO PROTECT ACTIVITY IN PUBLIC PLACES IN FORT WAYNE
October 28, 2021 - The City of Fort Wayne and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Indiana, jointly, announce their resolution of injunction claims in their pending lawsuit. Details of the parties' discussions are in the attached jointly-prepared document.
