TC Federal Bank Welcomes Susan Aarons, AAP

TC Federal Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Susan Aarons as the new Director of Treasury Cash Management.

With over 20 years of experience as a Treasury Management Solutions Consultant, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role. In her previous banking career, Susan worked extensively with corporate, government, and non-profit organizations throughout Florida, helping them optimize cash flow, strengthen account processes, and mitigate the risks associated with fraud and cybercrime. Her dedication to protecting organizations from financial threats and educating the community about fraud risks has made her a trusted advisor in the industry.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Louisiana Monroe. Her background in criminal justice has allowed her to develop a special interest in protecting organizations from fraud and cyber threats. As an Accredited ACH Professional, she is well-versed in the risks, rewards, and best practices of converting payments from paper to electronic.

Beyond her professional achievements, Susan is highly committed to serving her community in Tallahassee. She currently serves as the Chair for the Foundation for Leon County Schools and holds various board seats and coordinator roles with several other school system support organizations. Susan is also a proud member of Leadership Tallahassee Class 40, a Community Catalyst for Knight Creative Communities Institute, a member of the Bicentennial Task Force for the City of Tallahassee, a past recipient of the Julian V. Smith Community Service Award, and actively involved with the Leon County Humane Society as a board member, volunteer, and foster.
