Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 16, 2021, Suzy Papazian notified SJW Group (the 'Company') of her decision to leave the Company on or about May 28, 2021. Ms. Papazian joined the Company in February 2005 as its Corporate Secretary and Attorney and rose to serve as its Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
