The following public hearings/comment periods are scheduled for the week of December 5, 2022. Please click here for information on speaking to the council at hearings and comment periods.

Monday City Council meeting:

• 22-1293: changing the zoning classification for 863 South High Street in Washington Park.
• Two-hour courtesy public hearing on 22-1430: the Park Hill Golf Course Small Area Plan, which if approved shall become a part of the Comprehensive Plan 2040 for the City and County of Denver pursuant to the provisions of Section 12-61 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code.

Tuesday, Finance and Governance Committee:

• 22-1614: Council members Gilmore, Torres, CdeBaca, and Sawyer will present on a proposal to amend Chapter 58 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to provide a civil penalty for the offense of wage theft and clarifying enforcement provisions for wage violations. This item will have 15 minutes of Public Comment.

Wednesday, Business, Arts, Workforce & Aviation Services Committee:

• 22-1606: Amends Article II, Chapter 32 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to modify food licensing categories and fees. There will be 15 minutes of public comment.
