He owned and operated the Indian River Veterinarian Clinic and is a well-known and respected wildlife and nature photographer. Dr. Baker and his wife Sue are anxious to spend more time exploring the region in their retirement.

Ms. Lieder joined the board in September 2005. She is a retired attorney at Bodman PLC and owner of the former Log Mark Bookstore in downtown Cheboygan. Kathy and her husband Lloyd Fell are looking forward to traveling more often.

Wishing them well in their retirement from the Corporation and Bank boards, President & CEO Matthew E. Keene acknowledged the contributions of Mr. Redman, Dr. Baker, and Ms. Lieder in their service to the Corporation, the Bank and the communities served by the organization. Mr. Keene stated, "I want to personally thank them for their time at the board table and their sage advice during my tenure."

New appointee Stephanie Baldwin is the president and owner of Edgewater Design Group, an architectural and structural engineering firm that she opened in 2011. Ms. Baldwin has earned numerous recognitions and awards for not only her work but her commitment to her community, serving on many different boards and commissions.

Melissa Bridges is an attorney for Bodman PLC, where she specializes in representing financial institutions in a broad range of operational, regulatory, and lending compliance. Ms. Bridges resides in Cheboygan with her husband Josh and daughter Olivia.

Brian Ewbank is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Stafford's Hospitality. He brings to the board extensive knowledge of the restaurant and hospitality industries. Mr. Ewbank and his wife Jody reside in Harbor Springs.

"These three new appointees bring a welcome level of professional expertise in their respective fields, all industries in which the bank has strong representation. I look forward to their input and direction for a long time to come," stated Keene.
