Ambassador Tigran Balayan delivered a lecture at the Hague University of Applied Science

On March 7, 2023, Ambassador Tigran Balayan delivered a guest lecture on the topic "Communication during disasters and international conflicts", at the Hague University of Applied Science.

Before the lecture, the Ambassador held a meeting with the Faculty Director Mrs. Liduine Bremer and the rest of the professors of the faculty.

Ambassador Balayan presented the peculiarities of organizing communication during emergency situations, and sharing of information by the foreign ministries and diplomatic missions abroad.

Ambassador Tigran Balayan presented to the participants the spectrum of work carried out in emergency situations as the spokesperson of the MFA of Armenia.

The absolute importance of collecting and sharing only reliable information during emergencies was underscored.

At the end of the lecture, an extensive Q&A session took place, during which Ambassador Balayan reflected on the communication during the continuous aggressions and attacks by the Azerbaijani side, as well as the necessity of strict coordination of actions during the these situations.
