Side event on trafficking of women and children for sexual exploitation in the context of the war against Ukraine

WARSAW, 6 October 2022 - On the margins of the Warsaw Human Dimension Conference, the OSCE Office of the Special Representative and Co-ordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings and the U.S. Mission to the OSCE are hosting a side event on trafficking of women and children for the purpose of sexual exploitation in the context of the war against Ukraine.

The side event will be opened by the U.S. Under Secretary for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Uzra Zeya, and by the OSCE Special Representative for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, Valiant Richey.

For media participation, the side event will start at 15.30 on 6 October at the Meeting Room 5 (Opera), at the Sofitel Victoria in Warsaw and will be livestreamed on https://youtu.be/iH9YKKuLtz8.
