Harbour cleanup

We were privileged to be part of a harbour cleanup project in Durban in April, which was initiated by the Ethekweni Maritime Cluster. A team from Grindrod joined volunteers from Transnet, SA Cargo Services, WESSA, Point Yacht Club (PYC), SA Shipyard, EThekwini Municipality (ABM), Sail Africa, and Durban University of Technology! The 100 volunteers, comprising employees and community members, generously devoted their Saturday to cleaning up the litter around the harbour and very close to our offices on Margaret Mncadi Avenue. Grindrod Logistics Africa sponsored refreshments for all volunteers. Together, we're working on a sustainable future.,
