Niagara County - The City of Niagara Falls City Council, as lead agency, has made the Draft Scope for the proposed North East Data LLC Data Center - Blockfusion available. The Draft Scope is available from the Niagara Falls Planning Department at 745 Main Street, Niagara Falls and online at: https://niagarafallsusa.org/seqr-notices/. The action involves the development of a data center and digital asset mining facility in an I2 heavy-industrial district, which will house computer systems designed to generate digital assets. Project applicant to propose rezoning to High Energy Use Overlay District (HEU). The project is located at 5380 Frontier Avenue in the City of Niagara Falls, New York.
