Auna’s $360 Million IPO

Cleary Gottlieb represented Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BTG Pactual, Santander, Citigroup, and HSBC, as underwriters, in the $360 million initial public offering of Auna S.A. (Auna).

The initial public offering involved the offer and sale by Auna of 30 million class A ordinary shares.

Auna listed its Class A shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "AUNA." The offering priced on March 21, 2024, and closed on March 26, 2024.

Auna operates hospitals and clinics in Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, and provides prepaid health care plans in Peru. As of December 31, 2023, Auna's network included 31 health care network facilities, consisting of hospitals, outpatient, prevention, and wellness facilities in Mexico, Peru, and Colombia with a total of 2,308 beds.
