WASHINGTON - Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) today announced that the University of Memphis and Assistant Professor of Computer Science Xiaolei Huang will receive a grant of $50,000 to develop an advanced artificial intelligence system for the diagnosis and management of headache disorders.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
"I congratulate the University and Professor Huang for this prestigious National Science Foundation grant award. This research will enhance diagnostic accuracy and streamline the treatment process, saving health care costs and improving patient outcomes.
