HeadHunter ranks Acron among top Russian employers

Acron Group, a Russian vertically integrated mineral fertiliser producer, has been ranked by HeadHunter as one of the top 100 Russian employers, and third among the largest producers in the industry.

Olga Shestakova, head of Human Resources Department at Acron, commented: 'Recognition by such a reputable HR platform as HeadHunter is yet another proof that our long-term HR strategy developed in 2019 is right and allows us to maintain and improve our position as an employer in the highly competitive labour market. Acron remains committed to caring for people and improving process efficiency and labour productivity'.

In 2024, HeadHunter shortlisted 1,729 companies for its rating based on a comprehensive assessment of companies with 100 or more employees, including 152 large companies with more than 5,000 employees that reached the final. They were assessed according to four criteria: the effectiveness of HR policies, the level of employee engagement and loyalty, the opinion of job applicants, and the feedback from former employees.
