TRAFFIC ALERT: Permit work will require lane closures on MO Route 291 and Ruth Ewing Road, Sep. 27

CLAY COUNTY - Permit work for overhead aerial conductor line crossing work will temporarily close one lane of northbound/ southbound Missouri Route 291 and Ruth Ewing Road. The Clay County Sheriff's Office will assist with a rolling stop. Work will begin on Wednesday Sep. 27 starting at 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. All work is weather permitting.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
