Statement of NA President on nomination of candidates for vacancy of judge of Court of Cassation

"In accordance with Article 166.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143.2 of the Constitutional Law Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Supreme Judicial Council has nominated the candidacies of Sergey Marabyan, Rubik Mkhitaryan and Manvel Shahverdyan for the vacancy of the judge of the judicial staff of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Court of Cassation for the investigation of corruption crimes" the statement signed by the NA Vice President, the Acting NA President Ruben Rubinyan notes.
