Introduction to the Protective Factors Framework - Sullivan County

The Protective Factors Framework is a national and international initiative that aims to develop and enhance five specific characteristics (called protective factors) that help keep families and children safe from abuse and neglect. This introductory course will help you become familiar with the framework and identify key strategies and concrete everyday actions that help families build the five protective factors. This training focuses on strength-based interactions when working with families. Empowering parents is the first step to developing healthy, happy families! There is no cost to attend. Lunch will be provided for all attendees.
