Imperial Dade Expands Coverage in New York
May 15, 2024Imperial Dade has acquired Rochester, New York-based 3G Packaging Inc. for an undisclosed sum in a private financial transaction.
Established in 2016 by Vince Stango, 3G distributes industrial packaging supplies throughout upstate New York from its three locations in Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse. The purchase further expands Imperial Dade's presence in New York and marks the 86th acquisition by Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
"3G is a great strategic fit with Imperial Dade, further expanding our presence in New York," said Jason Tillis. "Their relentless focus on customer service aligns well with Imperial Dade."
