Shared-Ride Taxi Service Issues
Due to the impact of COVID-19 and labor shortages, the shard-ride taxi service is facing challenges in meeting current demand. Rides could arrive up to two hours after a scheduled ride time. We are are working with our transit provider to find solutions.
