A hearing will be held to consider and identify public needs for the 2024 Action Plan allocating federal grant funds. The Urban County of San Luis Obispo which includes the cities of Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Morro Bay, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, and the County of San Luis Obispo, is inviting interested persons to attend a public hearing discussing county housing and community development needs which may be addressed through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME), Home Investment Partnership Program American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA), Title 29 Funds and County General Funds.
