Compact Surface-Mount Varistors from TDK/Epcos in Stock at TTI
Fort Worth, Texas - May 7, 2021 - TTI, Inc., a leading specialty distributor of electronic components, has stock for immediate shipment of multiple values of the CU series B726 Encapsulated Chip Varistors from TDK/Epcos. The B726 series circuit protection devices are available in UL94V-0 thermoplastic, flame-retardant packages in case sizes 3225 and 4032. Operating voltages range from 11V up to 300V with a maximum one-time surge currents up to 1,200 amps. Bi-directional surface mount varistors can be suitable as substitutes for Zener diodes or TVS diodes.
