The B726 series circuit protection devices are available in UL94V-0 thermoplastic, flame-retardant packages in case sizes 3225 and 4032. Operating voltages range from 11V up to 300V with a maximum one-time surge currents up to 1,200 amps. Bi-directional surface mount varistors can be suitable as substitutes for Zener diodes or TVS diodes.
