On April 17, 2024, State Police executed a search warrant on Center Street in the town of Oneonta relative to a child pornography investigation.

An investigation determined that a 17-year-old at the residence obtained numerous images of child pornography on a cell phone.

On April 17, 2024, the suspect was arraigned in Otsego County Youth Part Court and released on charges of Possessing and Promoting a Child Sexual Performance.

The investigation is ongoing.
