291st Artillery Brigade awarded honorary Guards designation

Vladimir Putin resolved to award the honorary Guards designation to the 291^st Artillery Brigade. From now on it will be referred to as the 291^st Guards Artillery Brigade.

The honorary designation was awarded for mass heroism and courage, fortitude and bravery shown by the brigade's personnel in combat operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts.
