What are Geodes?, Falls of the Ohio State Park

Geodes are well-known but little-understand rocks common in certain parts of Indiana and Kentucky. What is a geode? How do they form? Why are some hollow and other solid? This program will answer these and other questions. Program coincides with a temporary display of geodes from Indiana and Kentucky in the Interpretive Center's River Room.
