Pollenzo: Friday October 13th Graduation Cerimony for 63 international UNISG Masters’ students

Sixtythree new gastronomes hailing from 24 countries complete their Master programs on Friday 13th at the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo.
They respectively attended the Master in New Food Thinking, the Master of Gastronomy: World Food Cultures and Mobility, the Master of Applied Gastronomy: Culinary Arts.

The new gastronomes come from: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Spain, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.

At 12,15 the procession of the students is forming and then leaving from Cascina Albertina and will reach the courtyard of the Agenzia building.
The Graduation Ceremony is taking place at 12.30 in Sala Rossa (Agenzia building) as follows: speech by Gabriella Morini (MAG's Convenor) and handing out of MAG diplomas, speech by Simone Cinotto (MOGWFC's Convenor) and handing out of MOGWFC diplomas, speech by Nicola Perullo (NFT's Convenor) and handing out of NFT diplomas.Conclusions and keynote speech will be by Edie Mukiibi, Slow Food International President.
