Technical Review Committee Meeting
August 11, 2021
The Putnam County Technical Review Committee will conduct three preliminary plat review meetings on August 11, 2021, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the Putnam County Administration Building, 117 Putnam Drive, Room 203. The following agenda items will be considered:
1. Request by James Jenkins, agent for The Verde Corporation, for a preliminary plat review for Plantation Pines Business Park on Greenway Drive. The proposed development consists of 44.57 acres. [Map 086, Parcels 005, 007, and 006001 currently zoned I-M]. 10:00 am
2. Request by Jim Anderson, Agent for Harmony Farms Development, for a preliminary plat review for Harmony Farms- Phases 3, 4, & 5 Harmony Road and Harmony Farms Drive. The proposed development consists of 133 acres having 144 lots. [Map 072, Parcel 028 currently zoned RM-3]. 11:00 am
3. Request by Josh Daniel, Agent for Southlake Capital Trust), for a preliminary plat review for Loch Haven Subdivision Phase II. The proposed development consists of 13.89 acres having 13 lots. [Map 095A, Parcel 0111001 currently zoned R-1.] 12:00 pm
