ISSF WORLD CUP LONATO DEL GARDA: TAMMARO CASSANDRO WON THE SILVER IN SKEET

From July 8th to 16th, the Italian stage of the ISSF World Cup took place in Lonato del Garda, bringing the best shooters in the world.

Among them there were 17 athletes from the Fiocchi Team, who competed in the Trap and Skeet events using Fiocchi Golden and Official cartridges from the Competition Team line, chosen by top international shooters for their challenges.

Fiocchi Munizioni's seasonal showcase added one more medal thanks to Tammaro Cassandro's outstanding performance, winning the silver in the Skeet event. After an impressive qualification round, hitting 124 out of 125 targets, Cassandro delivered an excellent performance in the final, finishing in second place with a score of 55 out of 60, just one target away from the gold.

In addition to Cassandro's podium, the Fiocchi Team stood out in all the scheduled competitions.

Aaron Heading and Zuzana Rehak Stefecekova, both reaching the Trap final, were among the top shooters of the Italian stage. The international shooting spotlights move now to Baku (AZE), where the 2023 World Championships will be held from August 14th to September 1st.
