Have your say on our Community Safety plan

People who live, work or visit Hertsmere are being asked to have their say on community safety aims and priorities in the borough, in a new anonymous online survey launched this week by the Hertsmere Community Safety Partnership (CSP).

The CSP is made up of a number of different organisations, including Hertsmere Borough Council, Hertfordshire Police, Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, NHS and other public, private and voluntary organisations who work together to make the borough safer.

Crime trends, data sources and the results of our Feelings of Safety survey have been used to update the aims and priorities set out in the partnership plan for 2023-2027. Your views will play a key part in how the CSP prioritises community safety over the next four years.

Cllr Pervez Choudhury, Portfolio Holder for Community Safety at Hertsmere Borough Council, said: "This is an important opportunity for those with connections to Hertsmere to make their voices heard and ensure our Community Safety Partnership is focussing their priorities and work on the issues affecting our communities.

"We are here to listen and act upon the survey results, so please tell us what you think - the survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete."

The closing date for the online survey is Monday 20 February 2023.

To complete the survey please visit our CSP survey page or go direct to the survey at: www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/9BX6QDX.
