On 15 January 2023, H.E. Ms. Vimolbajra Ruksakiati, Ambassador of Thailand to Norway, attended Thailand's Children Day's activities, arranged by the Center for the Promotion of Thai Language and Thai Culture Suthammo (STSK) at Marienlyst school, Drammen. Ms. Potchamas Saengthien, Counsellor and Embassy's officials also participated in the event.

The Center for the Promotion of Thai Language and Thai Culture Suthammo (STSK) registered as Association in November 2017 and included "Suthammo" in name of the Center to pay a respect to Phra Ajarn Chatchai Suthammo, who established the Thai language teaching project, which is later developed to be STSK. The STSK is aimed at teaching Thai language and culture for Thai-Norwegian children and Norwegians who are interested in Thai language and culture. The Thai Embassy fully supports various activities on teaching Thai language and Thai culture to Thai-Norwegian children in Norway. The Embassy commends and supports great efforts by the Center for the Promotion of Thai Language and Thai Culture Suthammo (STSK) to achieve this purpose. The Thai-Norwegian children represent the future generation of Thai-Norwegian relations in the most genuine and meaningful way, especially people-to-people relations.
