Appeal After Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Collision in Holmbridge

Police are appealing for witnesses and any dashcam footage following a collision in Holmbridge yesterday afternoon (Sunday, 21 April) in which a motorcyclist was seriously injured.

It was reported at 2:11pm that a collision had occurred on Digley Royd Lane at the junction of Flush House Lane, involving a white Isuzu pick-up truck and a black KTM motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.

A 38-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with this collision and released on bail.

Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision itself, or the vehicles involved in the lead up to the collision. Motorists with dashcams fitted are urged to check whether they have captured any relevant footage.
