ITT Completes Acquisition of kSARIA and Related Financing

Fried Frank acted as counsel to ITT Inc. in connection with a credit agreement that provided for a $464 million term loan to finance ITT Inc.'s acquisition of kSARIA Parent, Inc. kSARIA is a leading producer and supplier of mission-critical connectivity solutions for the defense and aerospace markets. ITT is a diversified leading manufacturer of highly engineered critical components and customized technology solutions for the transportation, industrial and energy markets.
