Airports Going Green 2021 – Extension for Sustainability Award Nominations

Each year, the Airports Going Green (AGG) Awards celebrate sustainability accomplishments in the aviation industry. The nomination period for this year's awards has been extended.

You are invited to nominate projects, programs, initiatives, or individuals that exemplify sustainability leadership in the aviation industry. Self-nominations are acceptable!

Nomination forms are available in the Awards section of www.airportsgoinggreen.org.

Submissions will be accepted through November 5, 2021.

The announcement of the winners will be on November 17, 2021, during the Introductory Session.

The Awards are presented annually by the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) at the Airports Going Green Conference, which was founded by the CDA in 2007. For the second year in a row, Airports Going Green and the Awards Presentation will be held as a virtual event November 16 and 17, 2021, and will focus on specific topics relevant to innovations and operations in aviation sustainability. Stay tuned for information about this exciting event!

The Airports Going Green Conference and Awards Program were established with the belief that industry sharing and recognition are key elements to advancing sustainability achievement and innovation.
