Public Hearings 5/7 on Special Amusement Permits

The Bar Harbor Town Council will hold Public Hearings Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building Council Chambers to consider the following Special Amusement Permit applications:

• Bar Harbor Lobster Bakes, 10 State Highway 3, request for renewal of a Class 3a, three or more musicians with mechanical amplification as submitted by Brewer Brothers and HT, LLC.
• Bar Harbor Inn, 8 Newport Drive, request for renewal of a Class 3ad, three or more musicians with mechanical amplification and dancing as submitted by David Witham.
• Langosta, 37 ½ Cottage Street, request for a new Class 4, any other type of entertainment.
• The Bluenose Inn, 90 Eden Street, request for renewal of a Class 3ad, three or more musicians with mechanical amplification and dancing as submitted by John Lafayette.
