Sanna-Rae Taylor Nominated to Cincinnati Bar Association Board of Trustees

Cincinnati partner Sanna-Rae Taylor was recently selected to serve on the Cincinnati Bar Association's (CBA) Board of Trustees as a Member at Large. As a board trustee member, Taylor will assist the CBA in serving Greater Cincinnati's legal professionals at all stages of their careers.

Sanna-Rae has experience in a broad range of civil and white collar criminal defense matters in both state and federal courts and arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. She has represented corporations and individuals in commercial disputes, involving allegations of fraud, unsuitability, trade secret misappropriation, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and violation of federal and state securities laws.
