Fried Frank Wins Marine Money’s 2023 Equity Follow-on Deal of the Year Award

Fried Frank is the recipient of Marine Money's 2023 Equity Follow-on Deal of the Year Award for representing a committee of independent directors of Capital Product Partners L.P. (CPP) in connection with the committee's negotiation, on behalf of CPP, of CPP's $3.13 billion acquisition of 11 newbuild LNG carriers from Capital Maritime & Trading Corp., CPP's sponsor. The vessels - expected to enter CPP's fleet from 2023 to 2027 - will make CPP one of the largest US publicly traded owners of two-stroke LNG carriers.

The Fried Frank team advising CPP was led by partners Andrea Gede-Lange and Philip Richter.
