Hope Valley Barracks

On Monday, April 22, 2024 at 8:40 PM, Troopers arrested Eric W. Tobey, age 43, of 249 Vauxhall Street, New London, Connecticut for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of Westerly Police Department on the original charge of Fraud - Insufficient Funds Check. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Tobey was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and turned over to the Westerly Police Department..
