Sande Construction and Burbach Aquatics, the driving forces behind the Maytag Pool renovation, are committed to delivering the project on time. The contractors have been working diligently on the pool, even amidst the rain. They have successfully removed the old high dive stand and replaced it with a new high-dive stair system, which will provide a safer entrance and exit for high-dive users. The painting at the pool's shallow end has been completed, making it ready for installation in the play unit, although that has yet to start. The gutters have been removed to install the grounding wire around the pool. Three deck shade umbrellas have been installed, and their covers have been put on. The installation of a larger concession shade structure has begun, and poles are being set up at the moment. The new pump for the play feature has been installed, and work is being done to install the VFD on that pump. As for the next steps, the zipline installation is yet to come, followed by the play unit installation and the completion of the concession shade structure.
